Who would give an air-pistol to an unstable child?

There's some kid egging the shooter to "shoot the cameraman", and the cameraman seems to think it's fun.

Awesomeness.

I'm glad the boy didn't get roughed up, but he should have been taken down. The kid is a little potty mouth. Parents?
