Holy crap!

I logged on to Yahoo News to check out another story that a friend pointed out to me but i got distracted by this story and forgot what story I was looking for in the first place.

The headline was "Bush admits the CIA runs secret prisons."

"Nearing the fifth anniversary of Sept. 11, Bush pressed Congress to quickly pass administration-drafted legislation authorizing the use of military commissions for trials of terror suspects. Legislation is needed because the Supreme Court in June said the administration's plan for trying detainees in military tribunals violated U.S. and international law."

I'm no lawyer but didn't he just say, "Hurry up and makeup a law so I can stop breaking US and INTERNATIONAL LAW?"

There is an acronym for what President Bush is asking Congress to do, and that is, "CYA." It stands for, "Cover Your Ass."

LOL, he said, "Rule of law." What an ass!
