Hannity Sucks Ass

Great job! You rock Mr. Sign Holder, but beware O'Reilly might have his Fox secret police visit you in the middle of the night. Look at what happened to poor old Mike.
O'REILLY: Orlando, Florida, Mike, go.

CALLER: Hey Bill, I appreciate you taking my call.

O'REILLY: Sure.

CALLER: I like to listen to you during the day, I think Keith Olbermann's show --

O'REILLY: There ya go, Mike is -- he's a gone guy. You know, we have his -- we have your phone numbers, by the way. So, if you're listening, Mike, we have your phone number, and we're going to turn it over to Fox security, and you'll be getting a little visit.

HILL: Maybe Mike is from the mothership.

O'REILLY: No, Maybe Mike is going to get into big trouble, because we're not going to play around. When you call us, ladies and gentleman, just so you know, we do have your phone number, and if you say anything untoward, obscene, or anything like that, Fox security then will contact your local authorities, and you will be held accountable. Fair?

HILL: That's fair.

O'REILLY: So, just -- all you guys who do this kind of a thing, you know, I know some shock jocks. Whatever. You will be held accountable. Believe it.

Qui Bono

Keith Olbermann is at the top of his game. This is a must watch video that aired yesterday, August 14, 2006. Kieth points out the curious relationship between terror alerts and politics.

Keith concludes:
"it underscores the need for questions to be asked in this country, questions about what is prudence and what is fear-mongering."

So Much Bushit

I wrote this to a friend on March 29, 2006. I think it is informative and worth reading so I decided to post it here.

--Bush lied to Congress and the American public about the reasons for invading Iraq.

--Iraq people and US taxpayers looted by US companies in Iraq.

--Expanding executive powers without regard for the constitution

--Right to assemble and demonstrate has been infringed. SS (Secret Service) removes protesters from Bush's speaking events. FBI monitors antiwar groups.

--Ignored habeas corpus and claims the unconstitutional power to arrest and detain people indefinitely without a warrant and without presenting charges to a judge. That includes U.S. citizens. Look up Jose Padilla.

--Refuses to obey statutory law, specifically the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA)

-- Believes that as commander-in-chief, he has the right to ignore the law and to spy on Americans without a warrant

--Using signing statements to nullify acts of Congress

--Using signing statements to turn the presidency into a dictatorship in which the executive is not accountable to laws passed by Congress

--Ignored portions of the recently renewed USA Patriot Act-- issued a signing statement asserting that he had the authority to withhold the information from Congress if he decided that disclosing it would interfere with foreign relations, national security, or executive branch operations

--Signed the anti-torture law, but he also issued a statement asserting that he had the power, as commander in chief, to bypass the law if he decided that using aggressive interrogation techniques was necessary to protect national security

--There are no dissenting voices and no debate on the patriot act passage. I guess "If you are not with us, you are against us." So, bust out the brownshirts and the jackboots.

--Braking all records in spending taxpayers' money and running up public debt

--In 2005, the U.S. press mostly averted its eyes when a British newspaper disclosed the so-called "Downing Street Memo"

---Bush, Blair and their top assistants violated the Nuremberg Principles and the U.N. Charter by launching an aggressive war

--Bush was negligent in his slow response to help victims of Hurricane Katrina
:-) LOL – but I did like the rolled up sleeves routine once he got down to New Orleans -- CLASSY!

-- March 27 New York Times article confirmed that a leaked British memo appears to contradict President Bush's repeated claim prior to the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq that he wanted to avoid war

Tony Snow Lies

White House Press Secretary Tony Snow told Bill O'Reilly that President Bush does not try to "scare up" votes with the issue of terrorism. Of course, he can't speak for Dick Cheney because he is currently hiding at an undisclosed location.

On August 9, Dick commented on the recent Connecticut primary loss by Joe Lieberman to Ned Lamont. In effect, he said a vote for a candidate that does not support "THE WAR ON TERROR" is a vote for "Al Qaeda types". So I guess Dick speaks for himself.

White House Press Secretary Tony Snow said that Bush is not trying to terrrorize us, but Tony Snow himself sure doesn't have a problem with it.
"...the war on terror isn't fake. It's real. And people want to bring you to a town near you right away."

Sorry, but you will have to put up with the softball O'Reilly interview of Snow till the end of the clip cause Snow spends most of the time bullshitting us. Then near the end, he basically says, "By the way, don't forget to be afraid."

White House Propaganda Arm FOX NEWS says, "BE AFRAID!"

Sure Tony.
